For over 20 years, this spot at 2320 SW 31st Place was known as 34th Laundry—a family-run Gainesville staple serving locals, students, and Gators fans with dependable self-service laundry.

As of January 2026, new ownership took over: Owner Mike is rebranding to Swamp Laundromat to bring fresh energy and upgrades while honoring that legacy.

We're investing real: Regular machine maintenance, credit card acceptance, technology, enhanced cameras/security, deeper daily cleans.
